Tracking Trading On Our Managed Account Over The Internet, From Any Browser
You do not need to do anything else, just to use one of the account statement sharing sites that can be accessed on the Internet. In my own experience, the services of myfxbook.com and fxblue.com are worth using.
There are some differences between them. You should choose between them according to your personal needs and information requirements. They provide the same feature, that you can see the list of trades, including the currently open positions on both of them. You can also keep track of the development of the account balance graphically. You can see the yields of the respective months separately. The fxblue.com page can display significantly more information in the queries of the Stats section using the Filter, but these are not definitely required by normal users.
Let’s first check how to set up our account on the myfxbook website.
Click here to open the page: www.myfxbook.com
On the right side, we can find the Quick signup form necessary for the registration.
Fill your data and submit them by clicking the Sign Me Up! button. You will receive an email soon to confirm your subscription. Click on the link in it and you can continue your work!
The entry form can be found in the top right corner of the page. If you’re not logged in, you can do so now!
Your account can be added clicking the Portfolio/Add account item on the Menu Bar, if you click the Add account button on the next page.
In the My platform section, select the MetaTrader4 (Auto Update) field. After a few seconds, the form needed to register our account is displayed.
You can choose any name. The account information has hopefully been provided by your broker, you only need to copy it here. You do not need to worry, this data cannot be used either for trading or accessing your account, you can only view it. After choosing the broker, select the appropriate server belonging to the account as well! Once everything is entered, push the Create Account button and you’re ready. You can view your account by clicking the Take me to my account button. If you want to make everything or a few things public, you can make new settings by clicking the set the privacy settings button. (Generally, an account is non-public, so you can see it only after login. In the Permission section, you can make public any data you want. For example, you can make public the results, but not the balance.
Later on, you have the opportunity to set these in the Portfolio- Add account menu.
If you would like to share your statement with others or to insert the chart into a web page, etc. you have an option to do so. You can find the Share button on the right side above the chart. You can share your results clicking on it either on Facebook or Twitter or send the link that can be found there to anyone. But source codes of various widgets can also be found there after clicking on the Widgets button.
Next time I will continue with the registration on the Fxblue.com website.
